企業(yè)為什么經(jīng)常招聘不到合適的人才，分析總結(jié)有以下幾方面原因：
（1）初試主觀化。初試時，面試官通常是提問一般的常識性的基礎(chǔ)問題，然后憑主管印象篩選面試者，缺乏對面試者專業(yè)性、適用性的深入了解。
（2）對崗位缺乏準(zhǔn)確定位。缺少完善的職責(zé)體系以及必要的工作分析，不清楚崗位職責(zé)內(nèi)容以及其準(zhǔn)入的知識與技能要求。

企業(yè)招聘中存在的問題如此之多，如何才能合理避免這些問題，提高企業(yè)招聘的有效率？
建立合理、規(guī)范的招聘流程：由企業(yè)人力資源部門進行初步面試，主要把握應(yīng)聘人員的基本素質(zhì)是否符合企業(yè)招聘崗位的基本要求；由相關(guān)部門進行專業(yè)面試，主要把握應(yīng)聘人員是否能夠達到應(yīng)聘崗位所要求的專業(yè)知識與技能要求；對于公司內(nèi)關(guān)鍵崗位或中高層崗位應(yīng)聘者，在經(jīng)歷前兩步后，需要再增加1-2次面試，由公司高層進行復(fù)試（中層以下的關(guān)鍵崗位應(yīng)聘者可先由中層面試后，再由高層進行終試）。

1. 面試官都很少提出很好的問題
即使很熟悉你的前提下，面試官也很少會提出有亮點的問題，大多數(shù)是非常愚蠢的。比如自我介紹，因為這個問題太廣泛了。這個時候你最好跳過介紹自己，而重點介紹將如何勝任這個工作，以及過去取得哪些成就。特別是前者，如何讓他信服你具有這個能力。比如大多數(shù)的求職者都寫上自己精通SSH等框架，這剛好是我們想要的，所以我們請他簡單介紹ssh交互的過程，但是非常多的人不能完整的描述;相反，有些坦然自己熟悉java的開發(fā)，因為之前的公司非常規(guī)范，框架都是由資深人員來搭建，所以自己并不熟悉。然后我們提問了一些JAVA的知識，果然很熟悉，所以就聘請他了。(注：我們需要的是JAVA工程師， 招聘資料上沒有任何地方指明一定要精通SSH框架，但是提問的時候，我們總是習(xí)慣性地問一下)。
2. 認為面試官是掌控全局的人
不少的應(yīng)聘者容易緊張，擔(dān)心準(zhǔn)備不足，實際上很少有面試官是準(zhǔn)備充分的，并且他們特別容易分心，通常是依靠經(jīng)驗在臨時表演。我的好多次面試，都源自人資兩分鐘前的一個電話，所以我會選擇先讓應(yīng)聘者自我介紹，然后趕緊偷看一下簡歷。
3. 自信從容，注意你的肢體語言
有一位5年開發(fā)經(jīng)驗的應(yīng)聘者，關(guān)于技術(shù)部分，我們面試了10多分鐘，兩輪下來確認沒有問題了。但是在最后高層主管進行復(fù)試的時候，卻被刷掉了。原因是面試過程中，他不時地擺弄手中的會客卡，讓他有回答問題不自信的嫌疑。
4. 不要抱怨前公司和同事
就在今天面試的一位2年經(jīng)驗的JAVA工程師，當(dāng)問及為何離開之前的公司時，他就開始抱怨之前的公司氛圍不好，同事沒有工作激情等等。這至少體現(xiàn)他缺乏團隊精神。即使后面的面試，他如何優(yōu)秀，也很難打動面試官了。

截止9月28日，各部門均通過多輪面試，層層篩選，最終確定了各部門試用干事名單。競爭最為激烈的是實踐部，收到的報名表達50張之多，經(jīng)過多輪面試有7個成了幸運兒。生活部從35人中錄取了7人，體育部從35人中錄取了5人，文娛部從30人中錄取了5人，學(xué)宣部從25人錄取了4人，安全部從26人錄取了2人。

被錄取的同學(xué)將成為學(xué)生會的“試用干事”，并接受一個月（10月8號~11月8號）的考察，屆時將會再淘汰部分成員。希望所有試用干事積極工作，爭取正式成為學(xué)生會中的一員。

以下幾個方面的問題考生一定要認真準(zhǔn)備：一是自我介紹，如自己來自什么地方、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、所學(xué)專業(yè)、業(yè)余喜好、家庭基本情況等信息；二是做好用英語介紹本科專業(yè)的準(zhǔn)備。口語測試時老師有可能要求你就本專業(yè)展開話題，考查你用英語講解陌生概念的能力。因此考生要有所準(zhǔn)備，先用筆頭組織這些問題的要點，然后再以這些詞組織語言。在閱讀專業(yè)文獻時，也要多積累一些專業(yè)方面的英語詞匯。
在每一年的面試中都會有很多相同的問題，這些問題看起來很平常，卻有很多陷阱，一不小心就會被考官抓住“小辮子”。回答這些看起來很常見的問題，其實是很有方法的。
一、開場
Well begun is half done.要給考官留下良好的第一印象，考生必須精心打造適合自己的開場白。以下有兩種常見的開場表達，考生可以加以練習(xí)。
動之以情開場：Good morning， dear professors. After years of dreaming about the opportunity and possibilities of studying in XXX University， it feels so great that I am finally here and have this interview. My name is XXX…
簡單版：Good morning， my dear professors， it’s my great honor to be here and have this interview. My name is XXX…
二、自我介紹
要求簡潔、有新意，能夠讓考官記住你。最重要的是，發(fā)音要準(zhǔn)，不要太快，以別人聽懂為目的。但注意一定要聽考官的指示語，聽到考官說“Can you introduce yourself briefly/ say something about yourself”后再開始。
自我介紹的主體內(nèi)容：
1.姓名。介紹自己姓名時，發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)（南方考生要多加注意）。
2.年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過（I am XXX， 25 years old）。
3.原來的院校、專業(yè)。注意：一定要把原來學(xué)校的英文名稱、專業(yè)的英文名稱弄清楚（尤其是跨校、跨專業(yè)的學(xué)生）。
所屬的公司、職位。在職考生則應(yīng)將自己公司、自己職位/職稱的英文名稱弄明白。
4.性格、能力，愛好等。可以著重強調(diào)你的個性對你報考的專業(yè)有何積極的作用。如果報考的是學(xué)術(shù)型的專業(yè)，可以說自己細心（carefully，detail-oriented）、條理分明（logical）、踏實（steady）等；如果是應(yīng)用性更強一點的專業(yè)，可以說自己負責(zé)（responsible）、可靠（dependable）、有效率（efficient）等。
5.你對報考的專業(yè)有興趣（be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with……），可適當(dāng)舉出一些例子，如經(jīng)常看相關(guān)的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調(diào)知識教育對工作的影響（In my work， I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.）。
6.結(jié)束時可以說：That’s all about me. / Well， that’s who I am. Thanks for your attention.
【應(yīng)屆生可參考的自我介紹模板】

三、考研原因
英語口語測試經(jīng)常問的問題是考研原因，通常可以從以下三個方面來回答。
1.興趣，即強調(diào)對所報考的專業(yè)懷有極大的興趣（have significant interest in…）。如果本科就讀的專業(yè)與報考的專業(yè)一致，則可以說明想繼續(xù)深造（further education）的愿望。如果不一致，則要說明報考專業(yè)對你的吸引力（…appeals to/attracts me a lot）。
2.優(yōu)勢，即強調(diào)研究生相對于本科生在知識、學(xué)術(shù)方面的優(yōu)勢。如：知識面更廣（wider knowledge）、學(xué)術(shù)更專業(yè)（more professional）、眼界更廣闊等（broaden one's horizon）。
3.規(guī)劃，即強調(diào)考研對你的未來的積極影響（have a positive effect on…），可以從求職、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、人生經(jīng)歷等方面入手進行說明。可參考的詞匯、短語如下：be helpful， contribute to， be beneficial to， be conductive to， be a definite advantage， become a strong point when it comes to…等。
對于在職考生或有工作經(jīng)驗的考生來說，考官更傾向于提問他們?yōu)槭裁矗ǚ艞壒ぷ鞫┲匦聦W(xué)習(xí)。考生可以直言在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)某些知識或技能很重要，希望能通過學(xué)習(xí)在這些方面進行提高（In my work， I found…is rather important. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So I choose to go back to school and improve myself）。
四、深入了解的話題
1.What is your greatest strength？（你最突出的優(yōu)點是什么？）
這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題。
這是你展示自己的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過于自負，但要讓考官知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點。
參考回復(fù)：I think my biggest advantage is the ability to stick to the job done. When a project turns out just as I'd planned， I feel a real sense of accomplishment. I've set some high goals. For example， I want to be an outstanding graduate. Although I was a freshman with a slow start， eventually I graduated with honor thesis.

2.What is your greatest weakness？（你最大的弱點是什么？）
你不應(yīng)該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題，每個人都有弱點。最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，并有克服弱點的計劃。
參考回復(fù)：I am a perfectionist. If the research do not well done I will not stop.
參考譯文：我是一個完美主義者。研究做得不漂亮，我是不會撒手的。
3.How do you feel about your progress to date？（對于你至今所取得的進步你是怎樣看的？）
絕不要對你以前的所作所為表示內(nèi)疚，考官希望看到一個積極向上的你。
參考回復(fù)：I think I did well in school. In fact， in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class.
參考譯文：我認為我在學(xué)校表現(xiàn)不錯。事實上，有好幾門功課我的成績居全班第一。
五、結(jié)束
當(dāng)接到外企的面試通知時，很多人都高高興興去應(yīng)試，但往往第一關(guān)都還沒有過，就輸了，我們常會自問，自己的能力并不差，為什么就這么被刷下來了?其實，你首先要明白外企招聘中最看重是什么，一定要提前做好準(zhǔn)備，才可以保證面試的順利進行。下面應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生網(wǎng)總結(jié)了外企面試中幾個關(guān)鍵的錯誤，大家可要看仔細了。
錯誤一：對招聘企業(yè)不了解。很多人都會在去外企面試之前做一些準(zhǔn)備，提前練習(xí)英文自我介紹，設(shè)想主考官問的問題用英文如何回答等等，但是卻很容易忽略通過各種途徑全面了解一下這家企業(yè)的相關(guān)信息、企業(yè)文化等背景資料。有沒有提前做好功課，恰恰反映了你是否很重視這次面試機會，是否很渴望進入這家外企工作。因為，在主考官看來，一個不關(guān)注自己企業(yè)的人，肯定對這個職位或者這個公司沒什么興趣。這個失誤一旦出現(xiàn)了，很有可能會讓你的面試夭折。
錯誤二：英語口語不達標(biāo)。應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生小崔上星期去參加一家美資公司的面試時，就被無情地淘汰了，他雖然過了六級，但是英語口語不太好，所以提前幾天就開始做準(zhǔn)備，比如：熟背了英語自我介紹、準(zhǔn)備了英語面試常見問題的回答。可是到了面試現(xiàn)場，一碰到?jīng)]有準(zhǔn)備過的問題，腦袋一下子就大了，變得語無倫次、狼狽不堪。應(yīng)聘者的英語聽說能力是外企面試中非常看重的一項，所以大家不能只是在面試前臨陣磨槍，最好還是早做準(zhǔn)備，針對工作內(nèi)容，好好提高一下相應(yīng)的英語聽說能力。
錯誤三：面試時遲到或失約。遲到或失約是外企面試中的大忌。守時不但是美德，更是面試時必須做到的事。因此，應(yīng)提前10至15分鐘或準(zhǔn)時到達。如因有要事遲到或缺席，一定要提前打電話通知該公司，并預(yù)約另一個面試時間。
錯誤四： 對自己的歷史撒謊或夸大。雖說面試回答考官問題時，應(yīng)該揚長避短，突出自己的優(yōu)勢。但是對于從來沒有取得過的成績和做過多的事情，可不要因為礙于面子就硬說自己做過。因為外企的面試官，尤其是外籍主管，特別喜歡針對某一個問題作深入提問，如果你說你做過，他們馬上會接著問幾個關(guān)于細節(jié)的問題，到時候露了餡，可是很無地自容的哦!而且，萬一讓對方發(fā)現(xiàn)你不誠實，那毫無疑問地就會把你淘汰出局了。
錯誤五：表現(xiàn)得傲氣十足。無論你學(xué)歷有多高、能力有多強、工作經(jīng)驗有多豐富，你都不要輕視任何一個提問和其他應(yīng)聘者。去外企面試的時候，雖然自信很重要，但是也要客觀地評估自己，如果表現(xiàn)得太強勢、過于自信的話，也會讓招聘企業(yè)考慮你是否合群、是否好培養(yǎng)。曾經(jīng)有一個國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)的高材生，去馬士基參加初試的時候，主考官問：如果你的同事中有的人不太好溝通，你會怎么辦?他竟然搶答到：最重要的是工作，每個人都有自己的個性，不需要去勉強。一個星期之后，公司很客氣地通知他不用參加復(fù)試了。對此專家的點評是：自信和驕傲往往就只有一線之隔，驕傲的人令人生厭，缺乏團隊合作精神，外企絕不喜歡一個單打獨斗的獨行俠。
錯誤六：沒有明確的個人職業(yè)規(guī)劃。針對職業(yè)規(guī)劃最常見的提問就是未來5年，你的職業(yè)規(guī)劃是怎樣的?這個時候，如果你表現(xiàn)得很茫然，或者只是有一個簡單的目標(biāo)，比如：銷售部經(jīng)理，但是當(dāng)主管問到你具體如何一步步達到這樣的目標(biāo)時，你卻無言以對。那么，你很有可能無法通過這次面試。外企對每一個員工的個人職業(yè)發(fā)展計劃都很看重，他們認為：個人職業(yè)規(guī)劃模糊的員工，頻繁跳槽的可能性會很大，因為有太多不確定的因素會干擾到他改變自己的人生軌跡，工作也不會很積極進取，所以不是他們需要的人。

忙碌的徐州工程學(xué)院藝術(shù)學(xué)院即將迎來滿懷期待與夢想的20xx屆新生，他們定會給我們菁菁校園帶來一片燦爛亮麗的天穹，給我們學(xué)生會的工作帶來新的活力和希望。因此招新是我們學(xué)生會的頭等大事，我們必須認真做好招新準(zhǔn)備，迎接又一批新生力量，給我們的學(xué)生會注入新的血液。實踐部作為學(xué)生會的一個重要組成部分,秉承學(xué)生會“全心全意為同學(xué)服務(wù)”的宗旨,我部通過建立和發(fā)揮各種宣傳陣地和宣傳方式的作用,為了給我們院學(xué)生會宣傳部不斷補充新鮮的血液，并發(fā)掘更多優(yōu)秀的宣傳工作人才，在新生入學(xué)之際做好招新工作。
一、招新目的：

3、招新人數(shù)：15人。
4、招新形式：在招新時間內(nèi)，申請人將藝術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生會招新報名表交到指定地點進行登記報名，并進行初步面試和篩選。通過初步面試的申請人進行第二輪面試。最后由招新工作小組確定新一屆干事名單。
三、面試工作安排：
(一)前期準(zhǔn)備和宣傳
1、由學(xué)生會主席團、本部門負責(zé)人和成立招新審查小組，并由招新審查小組確定最終的招新方案，準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)的招新材料(復(fù)印學(xué)生會簡介100張和報名表50張)。
2、主席團根據(jù)最終招新方案分組安排各個干事的工作事項。
3、利用條幅標(biāo)語及海報等形式公布招新信息(在宿舍、教學(xué)樓、食堂和宣傳櫥窗等地點張貼)。
4、利用大一新生晚自習(xí)時間由招新小組成員分工到各班進行招新宣傳，向新生介紹我們學(xué)生會的主要工作和職責(zé);同時通知新生報名方式、時間、地點以及初試時間、地點，方式等。(時間初定于9月24日)
(二)統(tǒng)計、初試
1、統(tǒng)計：
由提前安排好的2名干事收報名表及解決相關(guān)問題，3名干事統(tǒng)計報名表，統(tǒng)計出總?cè)藬?shù)及各個部門報名人數(shù)。(初定于9月26日)
2、初試(初定于10月10號)：
準(zhǔn)備：①借兩個大階梯教室(201;202)
②邀請院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(范書記、田書記)、輔導(dǎo)員(呂老師、田老師、戴老師等)等做評委，體現(xiàn)競選的公平公正性。
③購買飲料、布置會場、安排初試時的接待人員，登記人員等。
④通知參加競選的新生時間地點。(提前二十分鐘到達
會場，無辜或未請假遲到者不予競選)
會場：①由接待人員安排競選人員就坐，登記人員進行到場登記安排競選人員的競選順序。
②由接待人員接待院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，老師及安排就坐，同時將競選者的資料交給評委們。
③主持人宣布藝術(shù)學(xué)院第四屆招新開始及介紹評委，介紹學(xué)生會及競選規(guī)則等。
④院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、主席團講話。
⑤主持人宣布競選開始，參加競選者根據(jù)順序上臺進行自我介紹，在每個競選者自我介紹完后評委可對其進行提問。
⑥競選同時4名統(tǒng)計員統(tǒng)計每個競選者得分及排名。
⑦競選人員全部競選結(jié)束后由評委老師做感想講話，同時4名統(tǒng)計員統(tǒng)計出初試晉級人員名單交至主持人處。
⑧主持人在評委講話結(jié)束后宣布晉級人員名單及相應(yīng)部門，同時通知晉級人第二輪參選初定時間，地點有相關(guān)部門負責(zé)人分別通知。最后宣布初試結(jié)束。請評委老師先退場，然后其他同學(xué)一次退場。
⑨5名干事留在會場收拾會場，將垃圾清理干凈。
注意：
①對競選者必須保持公平公正的打分原則;
②從以下幾個要求對競選者的初次考察：對言語表達能力的要求;對邏輯思考能力的要求;對組織協(xié)調(diào)能力的要求;對工作責(zé)任態(tài)度的要求;對隨機應(yīng)變能力的要求。
③對競選者自我介紹結(jié)束后的提問可以參考附表。
(三)復(fù)試
1、準(zhǔn)備：
①在結(jié)束第一輪競選后由主席團組織對招新小組開一次小結(jié)會，對第一輪競選工作中的不足進行改進完善，同時就第二輪競選進行一次探討，確定第二輪各部門考核重點，考核時間(初定于10月13號)，地點，人員分工等，同時安排人員做好相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計工作。(初定于10月11號)
②在招新小結(jié)會結(jié)束后各部負責(zé)人通知相應(yīng)部門的晉級人員第二輪競選地點(初定于510)和時間。準(zhǔn)備好復(fù)試的題目和相關(guān)問題。
2、會場：
①10月13號實踐部負責(zé)人提前半小時到達會場布置會場。
②待競選者到達會場后分發(fā)相關(guān)試題，并對試題講解要求等。然后讓競選者準(zhǔn)備。
③就實踐部所需人才特點的相應(yīng)考核重點對競選人員進行考核。我們負責(zé)人對競選者打分，提問等。
④競選者考核結(jié)束后實踐部負責(zé)人談?wù)劯醒裕缓笸藞觥?/p>
⑤在復(fù)試結(jié)束后實踐部對考核結(jié)果進行審核決定出最后晉級人員。
⑥待競選人員退場完畢后我們部負責(zé)人收拾會場，回去做好最后工作總結(jié)，并將結(jié)果報至主席團。
(四)主席團審核，公布
1、待各部門將最后晉級名單及工作總結(jié)匯報至主席團后，主席團就這次面試開總結(jié)大會，對最后晉級人員進行確定，由各部負責(zé)人通知相應(yīng)部門預(yù)選干事名單。
2、就晉級人員進行為時一個月的工作考核工作由主席團對各個部門進行工作布置。
四、實踐考核：
1、通知實踐部預(yù)選干事于10月17號17：00點至510進行第一次例會。
2、于16號之前我部負責(zé)人準(zhǔn)備好一個考核預(yù)選干事工作能力的考核方案并準(zhǔn)備好有關(guān)資料。(初步定為就11月17日大學(xué)生節(jié)做一個活動策劃書)
3、10月17號我部負責(zé)人提前到會場布置會場，將考核資料分發(fā)到每個預(yù)選干事位置上。
4、待干事到齊后開始第一次例會，例會期間講解這次任務(wù)的資料和相關(guān)要求，要求在下一次例會時將策劃書交至負責(zé)人處。每次例會中實踐部負責(zé)人對每個預(yù)選干事進行仔細觀察其各方面表現(xiàn)和能力。
5、在為時一個月的最后考核中，實踐部負責(zé)人對每個預(yù)選干事從第一輪面試到最后一個月的考核結(jié)果進行總結(jié)打分并提交至主席團。
五、招新結(jié)束：
1、在各部門將最后每個預(yù)選干事總結(jié)打分提交至主席團后由主席團和每個部門負責(zé)人開會討論決定最后各部干事名單，公布于二樓學(xué)生科門口公告欄。
2、在所有工作結(jié)束之后主席團于各部負責(zé)人開會就這次招新工作的優(yōu)缺和每個部門工作表現(xiàn)等進行一次最后的總結(jié)。

四、招新流程
(一)前期宣傳
1、具體流程
(1)宣傳部利用海報的形式告知院學(xué)生會招新的信息。
(2)廣播站利用廣播的形式宣傳招新信息，并且詳細介紹各部門的職責(zé)。
(3)將招新信息在我院網(wǎng)站上公布。
2、要求
(1)海報內(nèi)容新穎，形式多樣化。
(2)宣傳海報在多個地點張貼，安排人員在宿舍樓、教學(xué)樓、學(xué)生食堂、宣傳櫥窗等多個地點的消息欄張貼海報進行前期宣傳。
(3)在廣播室安排相應(yīng)時間進行一定數(shù)量的必要宣傳。
(4)在網(wǎng)站上招新信息時，不僅要具體的時間安排，還要將具體各個部門的職能做一一介紹，方便大家選擇自己合適的部門。

③對應(yīng)聘者某些方面能力有特殊要求的部門，可以進行現(xiàn)場測試。
(4)面試具體問題根據(jù)各自部門特點，自行安排，形式不限
(5)各部門招新處人員熟悉自己部門的面試時間安排，在應(yīng)聘者交表時，通知其在相應(yīng)的時間段內(nèi)前往大學(xué)生活動中心面試。
(6)各部門面試人員嚴格按照時間安排進行面試，對每個應(yīng)聘者一視同仁，公平公正，對每個應(yīng)聘者根據(jù)自身具體情況進行面試，細心、耐心。
(7)如果某部門在相應(yīng)時間段內(nèi)沒有完成該部門應(yīng)聘者的面試，可以通知應(yīng)聘者在該部門下個面試時間段再來，或者通過增設(shè)面試區(qū)域的辦法，及時完成面試，避免大量人員等待滯留。
(8)如果應(yīng)聘人數(shù)較多，也可以在招新領(lǐng)表處增設(shè)初試點。由各部門人員對交表的應(yīng)聘者當(dāng)場進行初試。
(9)如果報名工作中出現(xiàn)某個部門報名人員扎堆，某個部門報名人數(shù)相對較少時，可根據(jù)招新表情況初步選擇一些相對合適的應(yīng)聘者采取電話征求意見確認的辦法，安排其到人數(shù)較少的部門進行面試，具體聽從主席團安排。

一、工作表現(xiàn)與收獲

二、自身存在問題
第一 自己的財務(wù)知識有限，而同事們的工作繁忙。不能經(jīng)常請教他們，以至很難對公司作出較大的貢獻。
第二 自己身兼兩職，隸屬于兩個部門。有時不能很好的區(qū)分工作的主次輕重，工作效率不是特別高。
第三 缺乏協(xié)調(diào)的技巧。因為身受“雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”，財務(wù)部與采購部同時需要我的情況時有發(fā)生。而我未能提出解決問題的方法，只是等兩位經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)后才開展工作。
第四 未能積極地與公司高層溝通。常務(wù)副總曾對我----一個行政管理專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學(xué)生到財務(wù)部工作表示關(guān)注，“雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”也不時發(fā)生小矛盾。但自己沒有主動地與公司高層接觸溝通，解決存在的實際問題。
四、除了收獲、看見自身不足外，也憑借較扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)，發(fā)現(xiàn)了公司存在的一些不足：
第一 招聘錄用不是非常規(guī)范。在體育中心的招聘現(xiàn)場，我遞交簡歷說明應(yīng)聘人力資源職位后，招聘人員互相交流“素質(zhì)不錯，不能做人力資源管理，其他職位也行。”而未問我是否愿意服從調(diào)配，感覺自己沒受到尊重。一百多人參加了復(fù)試，復(fù)試很簡單就是“一分鐘自我介紹”，然后追問一兩個問題。這樣很可能導(dǎo)致能力強但缺乏面試技巧者被篩選出去，或沒能力但熟練掌握面試技巧者進入公司。不管出現(xiàn)哪種情況，對公司來說都是個損失。我曾參加過國家公務(wù)員面試，雖未能成功，但我比較心服，我覺的結(jié)構(gòu)化面試是比較公平有效的。
第二 培訓(xùn)機制有待完善。為期一個星期的封閉式培訓(xùn)，感覺就像是在渡假。培訓(xùn)講師大多是市場上很出色的人員，但上起課來明顯力不從心。紀律比較松散，缺少激勵士氣的課程，未能形成一套規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)體系。我曾經(jīng)在某保險公司接受兩個月的培訓(xùn)，覺得保險公司培訓(xùn)課程的設(shè)置，培訓(xùn)的方法都值得其他公司(尤其是銷售服務(wù)型的公司)效仿。
